Our all-out action issue. I remember sitting at the table in the common room near my college freshman dormroom, badly inking the fight on the White House lawn on page 3. Andrew penciled the cover, but lost the original and we ended up inking a Xerox of that original, hence some of the scratchy lines. The interior artwork is all over the place – friends Les McClaine (later of “Jonny Crossbones” fame) and Jonah Elgart (who I think went to MIT) helped Andrew pencil his pages in the first half of the issue, which I then inked, and I then laid out the second half, penciled most of it with assists from Andrew, and inked it.
